1) Initial Consultation
Every project starts with a free in-home consultation where we listen to your goals, walk through the space, and discuss your vision for the finished result. We cover budget expectations, design preferences, and realistic timelines. This meeting typically takes 30 to 60 minutes and gives us everything we need to prepare a detailed estimate. Bring inspiration photos or sketches if you have them — they help us understand your style.
2) Detailed Estimate
Within a few business days of your consultation, you receive a transparent, itemized estimate that breaks down materials, labor, permits, and any subcontractor costs. We present options at different price points so you can make informed decisions about finishes and materials. There are no hidden fees or vague allowances — every line item is clearly explained so you know exactly where your investment is going.
3) Project Agreement
Once you approve the estimate, we finalize material selections, establish the construction schedule, and sign a detailed project agreement. This contract includes scope of work, payment milestones, change-order procedures, and our 3-year workmanship warranty. We also coordinate permits, HOA approvals, and any necessary inspections so that everything is in place before the first day of construction.
4) Construction Phase
Our skilled craftsmen execute the project with care and attention to detail. Your dedicated project manager provides regular updates — including photos and progress reports — so you always know what's happening. We maintain a clean and organized job site, respect your daily routine, and keep disruption to a minimum. If any unexpected conditions arise, we communicate immediately and get your approval before proceeding.
5) Final Walk-through & 3-Year Warranty
When construction is complete, we conduct a thorough walk-through together to inspect every detail. Any items on the punch list are addressed promptly before we consider the project finished. Your work is backed by our 3-year workmanship warranty, which means if anything we built or installed doesn't perform as it should, we come back and make it right at no additional cost.
