About Our Family

We moved to a house that needed significant restoration.  Swanson Construction (SC) proved to be an excellent find. SC provided accurate plans, cost estimates and project completion over a two year period. Because of the quality, reliability and timeliness of its work, I  also had Swanson Construction add a major addition to our home which included adding an elevator.   Mr Swanson always showed up when he said he would and only once was late, when he had to take his wife to the emergency room.  But even then he called me later that morning.

For the restoration SC replaced siding, updated existing bathrooms, enclosed a loft area and added another bathroom.  SC completely remodeled our kitchen from the bottom up.  The addition was a complicated project involving load bearing walls, hurricane windows/doors (live on the beach) and the elevator shaft.  Mr Swanson managed subcontractors without my need to intervene, obtained all local, county and state approvals.
